Annoyed
I’ve really been putting off going to my chiropractor again. I have a mild scoliosis (spinal curve) and lousy heel spurs (plantar faciitis) that my chiro can significantly relieve. If I just GO.
After nearly a year of suffering, buying expensive shoes, and much procrastination, I finally went to a local Podiatrist (Dr. Chelin, Oshawa, ON) last spring. He got me on proper orthotics, but it still wasn’t enough. At least it took several more months before I was nearly pain free. But that I give more credit to my chiropractor, Dr. Kristin Ruttan (Whitby, ON). The relief I have now is just heavenly delicious. I told her I have all her children for her, being so greatful as I am, but it was a moot offer (she already has 2).
So here I sit knowing I have to do another shift at work with my hips and back out. Pinched nerves bad enough to send shooting pain down the back of my legs. Everything feels ‘off’. Sucks, but it’s my own damn fault for not getting in to see Dr. Kristin sooner. I know it. *hangs head*
I do have an appointment tomorrow morning, thank gawd. Please release the pain!
Do you have a story about how you feel so much better after having seen a chiropractor? Or how else are you coping with chronic pain naturally (without drugs). Share with me!
